Carnegie scientists have access to cutting-edge computing power through the Caltech HPC cluster, where we maintain a 19% quarterly share. With over 12,000 CPU cores, 200 GPUs, and 100+ TB of memory, this resource accelerates research across divisions. Our High Performance Computing Team partners with researchers to deploy, maintain, and support HPC services—offering everything from compute nodes and storage to software tools, documentation, and expert guidance.
