Seth Wagner works with Machine Shop Foreman Victor Lugo to provide the EPL staff with the bespoke tools they need to do their research. Seth has experience in machining and metalworking skills, including identification of metals, layout, drilling, classification of fasteners, and fundamental metal cutting. He is also certified in 3-axis CNC programming.
