Hargadon
Hargadon is the Microscopy Specialist in the labs of Margaret McFall-Ngai and Edward Ruby. Working with the Hawaiian bobtail squid, Euprymna scolopes, and their bioluminescent bacterial symbiont Vibrio fischeri, Hargadon is the in-lab collaborator for fluorescent microscopy approaches. She also trains and advises colleagues on confocal microscopy and microscopy-based experimental design, specializing in HCR RNA-FISH.
