As an executive assistant to the President, Tamar oversees the administrative side of the President’s office day-to-day operations.

Before joining Carnegie in 2014, Tamar worked at Ilia State University’s Arts Research Institute and Shota Rustaveli Theater and Film University in her native Republic of Georgia. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Book Illustration Degree from Tbilisi State Academy of Arts.

Tamar grew up in Tbilisi, Georgia and emigrated to the United States in 2012 on a green card program. She is an avid reader and an art enthusiast.
