Stefano Mingolla is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Carnegie Institution for Science. His research investigates pathways to achieve net-zero emissions in agriculture by quantifying the techno-economic potential and feasibility of small-scale distributed ammonia production. His research methodology includes high-resolution spatial analysis, time-series analysis, optimization techniques, and machine learning. Stefano holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science, Policy and Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
