Kylee Thorson joins Jeff Dukes’s group at Carnegie Science’s Biosphere Sciences and Engineering division as a project research assistant, after previously working in his Forest Ecophysiology Lab at Purdue’s Martell Forest. A Purdue student double majoring in wildlife and forestry with a minor in aquatic sciences, she has served as president of Purdue’s student chapter of The Wildlife Society and plans a career in wildland fire management.
