Vasilije
Dobrosavljevic
Vasilije Dobrosavljevic is a mineral physicist who studies the connections between atomic-scale physical properties of Earth’s building blocks and the planetary-scale geophysical processes that shape and sustain our habitable living planet. He joins our campus from his Ph.D. at Caltech.
During his fellowship, Dobrosavljevic will collaborate with Alexander Goncharov and Michael Walter on an integrative multi-technique study to assess the possibility of heat-channeling mountains at Earth's core-mantle boundary.
He can be found in R-134 of the research building.
