Damien Luther is the Contracts Manager at Carnegie Science. Damien works across the organization to streamline and strengthen procurement and contract processes. Before joining Carnegie Science, Damien worked at the United States Institute of Peace where she contributed to maturing procurement and contracting practices and provided guidance to stakeholders in the U.S. and internationally. She is located in Washington, D.C.
