Maia Everhart joins Carnegie Science’s Biosphere Sciences and Engineering division as a laboratory technician in Margaret McFall-Ngai and Ned Ruby’s Squid-Vibrio Lab, where she studies how the Hawaiian bobtail squid forms a lasting partnership with the glowing marine bacterium Vibrio fischeri.
