Rates
• $4,400: Ballroom, Rotunda, and Boardroom with access to the kitchen for food service
• $4,000: Ballroom and the Rotunda with access to the kitchen for food service
• $2,500: Ballroom with access to the kitchen for food service
• $2,000: Rotunda with access to the kitchen for food service
• $ 800: Add Portico
• Auditorium (without kitchen access):
Weekday/non-holiday: $1,000
Weekend: $1,500
• Boardroom (without kitchen access):
Weekday/non-holiday: $600
Weekend: $1,000
**A 25% discount is available to non-profit organizations (Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays), which must submit a copy of their determination letter stating they are tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Weekday events (9am - 5pm):
If set-up, break down, or event time is needed outside of these hours it is $200/hour
Evening events:
Rates are for a 4-hour event, with 2 ½ hours to set-up before event and 1 ½ hours to break down after event.
Additional hours of set-up, break down, or event time are available at $200/ hour if purchased before event.
Events must conclude by 11:00pm Sunday - Thursday; and 12:00am on Friday and Saturday
