Regular business hours for employees at Carnegie’s administration office are 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The administration observes federal holidays and is closed the Friday after Thanksgiving and from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day. The administration follows the federal government Office of Personnel Management [1] policy for snow closings and other similar situations.
